ECU Unlock Options:

1. Femto OBD

• Type: Map (Calibration) Area Only
• Tool: Femto OBD Flasher (required)
• Note: Only calibration map writing via OBD is supported. No custom code features available.

2. BootMod3 – CustomROM

• Type: BootMod3 CustomROM
• Features:
  • Map switching
  • Flex fuel support
  • Antilag
  • In-dash ethanol content gauge
• Compatibility: VIN and software version dependent — consult BootMod3 support.

3. BootMod3 – Regular Unlock (NO CustomROM)

• Type: Basic Unlock (No customROM features)
• Compatibility: VIN-specific — verify support with BootMod3.

4. MG Flasher

• Tool: MG Flasher (purchased separately)
• Post-Unlock Usage: Flash your vehicle using their mobile app.
• Included:
  • TCU (Transmission) torque limiter patch applied by default.
  • If your TCU will be tuned, specify that in the order’s additional information section.
• Compatibility: VIN-specific — check with MG Flasher.

5. MHD+ (S58 & Gen 2 B58)

• Type: MHD+ Full Feature Custom Code
• Features:
  • Map switching
  • Antilag
  • Flex fuel
  • Live tuning
  • Reflex integration
  • TCU limiter removal
  • And more
• Compatibility:
  • For S58 and Gen 2 B58 engines.
  • Use the MHD app’s “Unlock Check” before sending your DME.
  • Contact MHD support for software version compatibility if unsure.
