At our ecommerce establishment, we offer a convenient shipping policy tailored to enhance your shopping experience.

For orders totaling R5000.00 or more, we provide a complimentary delivery service, ensuring that your shopping remains cost-effective. In the event that your order falls below this threshold, a nominal shipping fee of R125.00 will apply.

To expedite your order processing and ensure swift delivery, we dispatch orders received prior to 10am from Monday to Thursday on the following business day. We understand the importance of timely delivery, and we aim to provide an efficient service to our valued customers.

Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • For main centers, please anticipate a delivery window of 2 to 5 working days.
  • For outlying areas, a slightly extended delivery window of 3 to 7 working days should be considered.
  • For items that are on Backorder, delivery will take between 7-12 working days. If there are any delays, you will be contacted

 

Production & Delivery – BYM Kits & Manifolds:

  • Production Time: 15–20 business days from order confirmation.
  • International Shipping: Please allow an additional 7 business days for delivery.
  • Total Estimated Lead Time: 3–4 weeks (depending on production and customs clearance).

Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is designed to ensure a seamless and customer-centric experience for our valued patrons. Please note the following key guidelines:

  1. Eligibility: New and unopened merchandise is eligible for return within a 30-day window from the date of purchase. To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned with all their original components intact.
  2. Refund and Exchange: Returns for purchases accompanied by valid proof of purchase will be processed in one of the following ways:
    • Exchange of the item.
    • Refund through an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
    • Credit issued to your account for future purchases.
  3. Shipping Charges: In the event that the return is necessitated by an error on our part at The Mods Shop, we will fully refund the original shipping charges.
  4. Return Process: To initiate a return, kindly contact us at charleen@themodsshop.com, and we will provide a return shipping label via email. It is imperative that all returns are sent back in their original packaging to ensure a smooth process.

Cancellation Policy – BYM Kits & Manifolds

We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to accommodate our customers wherever possible. However, due to the specialized nature of BYM kits and manifolds, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Within 48 Hours of Order Placement
    A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to cover processing and administrative costs.

  • After 48 Hours of Order Placement
    A 25% cancellation fee will be applied, as production and allocation processes may already be underway.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to charleen@themodsshop.com or via WhatsApp at +27 65 874 5587

  • Refunds (less applicable fees) will be processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation.

  • Once shipping has commenced, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
